Patented Image Control Waveguide
They reveal an impressive detail, atmosphere, and depth in your mixes thanks to JBL's revolutionary Image Control Waveguide. Originally developed for the JBL M2 Master Reference Monitor, this patented innovation ensures a smooth acoustic transition between low and high frequency transducers and offers an immersive soundstage with precise imaging. Offering a wide optimum point and neutral frequency response, the JBL 305P MkII offers a representation of your mix - revealing subtle details, even when they hear outside the axis.
Great Sound Out of the Box
The JBL 305P MkII is ready for the most demanding production styles directly outside the house. Dual Class D integrated active amplifiers, personally designed by JBL for each transducer, gives you a generous and dynamic range for any project. From music production and podcasting to cinematic audio design or daily vlogging, enjoy the output and power you need to hear exceptional detail at any volume - even at peak SPLs. Simply connect, turn on, and start creating.
Custom Made Sound For Your Studio
The dimensions and acoustics of a room can have a great effect on sonic accuracy, and that is why the JBL 305P MkII allows you to adjust the response to fit your studio. The new Boundary EQ attenuates the lower limit impulse that can occur when you put monitors directly on the desk or walls that are nearby. The 3-position HF Trim switch allows you to adjust the high-frequency response of the 305P MkII to suit the acoustics of the room or personal preference.
